Q1. Why do I have to read and learn about ISO?
Answer:
The objectives of ISO are to develop and provide international standards to meet the needs of
the marketplace. It would help if you educated yourself since you will be a responsible
employee and will work for labs or companies that must comply with international standards
in any future work.
Q2. How many types of the ISO mentioned above should include in the required
Assignment?
Answer:
You can write no more than one or two. The selection of which one is left to you. My advice
is to read firstly about all mentioned ISO, then you will find by the time and by more reading
which one is closer to your study or even future target work. Try to learn and obtain as much
information as you can
Q3. How do I know what information I should select and which is not essential? Can you
advise me?
Answer:
I advise you to start collecting all information that I asked for on the above page (Keys and
topics part).
By answering one to another, then you find at the end that your Assignment is built nicely. Try
after that to read it all. And make a note about the information that you like to include in your
summary (at the end of your Assignment)
Q4. Do you deduct any marks if I have langue or grammars mistakes in my Assignment
or my summary?
Answer:
NO, AT ALL, because the idea of the task is to motivate you for reading and learning and not
deduct points because of a summary that has some language mistakes. I have confidence in
your ability; please try and move forward without worries!

Of course, try your best to have two pages and up to a maximum of three pages as the content,
