Getting Started
The word “follower” can be used in a variety of ways. We might “follow” others on social media, meaning that we pay attention to what they post or have to say. We may “follow” our favorite sports team, cheering for them to win any time they play. We may “follow” along with a teacher or someone who is showing us how to do something. The word was used by Jesus when He recruited His disciples. There are several instances in the Gospels when Jesus said, “Follow Me!” What do you think He meant by that?
