However, Microsoft Project will do the work breakdown structure numbers you see above if you do the subordination (indentation) correctly. Interviews, Anal Existing Doc, Synthesis, Functional Spec, Re-estimate Plan, Development Prop, and Presentation are all subtasks within Analysis. Likewise, 1.2.1.1. Management, 1.2.1.2 Interviews. It will be necessary for you to demote these subtasks and sub-sub tasks appropriately in Microsoft Project by use of the demotion (Indent) arrow in the Gantt chart view.
