· Using to approximate the area under the graph in the Haynes- Schockley Experiment – this may have contributed to the difference between the values obtained for the carrier lifetime
· Using a temperature of 293K to calculate the comparative mobility values using the Einstein Relation. Since the actual temperature of the laboratory was not known, an approximation of 20 degrees Celsius was used. This may have contributed to error between comparative and experimental mobility values
