Consider how stress may elicit an ACTIVATION role or ENHANCER role such as with sports psychology or even with job performance or test performance. Take time to pull in and critique Alan Watkins’ summary, too (link posted in week 4 yellowdig post). Think about how your definition of stress has been EXPANDED with exploration of research. Create a 2-3 page, APA paper on how you have pivoted in your definition of stress management. Be specific in regards to cognitive reframing strategies and different cognitive, emotional, and behavioral strategies you are experimenting with to expand this definition of stress management and self care.
