Angelopoulos v. Lazarus PA, Inc

Question: 
You have been asked to evaluate the case of Rosario Angelopoulos (Angelopoulos v. Lazarus PA, Inc. et al.) and make an objective determination of whether or not her confinement met the standard of false imprisonment. What must be demonstrated to make the determination of false imprisonment? Provide specific examples from the case in which you would use to determine whether or not actual confinement occurred.
